On June 7, Public Works/Sanitation and Environment officially welcomed the newest class of 32 environmental engineering associates. The event was heeld at the Public Works Building.

Managers and mentors encouraged the new hires to continue to learn and collaborate with one another to continue to protect public health and the environment. Lunch was provided by the SEIU Union (Local 721), and padfolios were given to each Associate who graduated with degrees in civil, chemical, and environmental engineering.
