PSRs Teresa Jacobs, Roni Speller, Yul Johnson
retire from LAPD/Communications.
Recently, three Police Service Reps (911 Operators) retired.
In January, PSR III Teresa Jacobs retired after 25 years of City service.
March 13, Sr. PSR I Yul Johnson retired after 32 years of City service. And on March 16, PSR III Desiree “Roni” Speller’s retirement was celebrated after 23 years of City service.
