LAPD: Lt. II Rich Thomas retires from LAPD Communications.
A retirement event was held Jan. 19 for Lt. II Rich Thomas, who retires from LAPD/Communications after 38 years of City service.
His last shift was Jan. 1.
He was assigned to LAPD/Communications for five years and overall LAPD for 38 years. He also worked three years for the Berkeley, Calif. Police Dept.
