LACERS has scheduled its annual meetings in anticipation of the open enrollment period for choosing insurance.
This year, LACERS’ 2020 Open Enrollment period will be from Oct. 17 through Nov. 14. During this time, those in the LACERS system may attend an Open Enrollment meeting and learn about any changes to LACERS health plans for the 2019 plan year. The meetings will provide attendees an opportunity to talk to health plan representatives. Also, LACERS staff will be available to answer any health plan questions, especially concerning health plan changes for 2020, and assist with the enrollment process.
