At its annual meeting, held virtually, the Club announced that Phillip Chou has joined the Club board.
Phil, a Club Member, is a Sr. Utility Accountant at the DWP’s Finance and Risk Control Division and is a manager of the DWP’s trust fund investments and supervisor of debt issuances. He started his career with the City in 2013 as an accountant for the Housing and Community Investment Dept. He transferred to the DWP in 2015.
He earned a Bachelor of arts degree from UCLA and an MBA from USC. He enjoys traveling, playing golf and riding his motorcycle.
