The guys at the West Valley Street Services’ Urban Forestry Division held a fun and very informal goodbye barbecue for Carlos Leon, Tree Surgeon (Leadman), who was leaving the unit and transferring to the DWP.
Congratulations on your promotion, Carlos. All the best at the world’s largest municipal utility. We’re not sure the City will find another who can trim those trees from the cherry picker bucket as well as you did, but we can only hope!
