Harbor Employees Club hosts holiday party.
On Dec. 13, the Harbor Dept. Employees Club (HDEC) hosted its annual holiday dinner/dance at The Grand – the Long Beach Events Center. This year’s theme was “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”
