On Sat., April 20, Public Works/Sanitation and Environment held its seventh annual Citywide Earth Day LA event at the North Hollywood Water Conveyance Yard, the first time it’s been held at a conveyance yard.
Attractions included City vehicles for kids to explore, games to play, prizes to win, sustainability workshops, plant giveaways, 50 exhibitors, customer service, and fun for all ages. All exhibits were related to City services and sustainability.
