Sylvia Says So Long
A reception was held Sept. 26 for Sylvia Richardson, Police Service Representative III. She retires after 28 years of City service.
“Congratulations to a wonderful human being who dedicated 28 selfless years to the Los Angeles Police Dept. and to the citizens of LA!” the department said in a Tweet. “PSR Richardson, thank you for being a fabulous instructor to all who crossed your path. Your smile and positive demeanor made the process so much easier for everyone that you mentored.”
