LAPD Division honors its Officers of the Year for 2022

Last Nov. 8. LAPD’s North Hollywood Division honored its best for 2022 – Officer of the Year, Civilian of the Year, Specialized Unit Officer of the Year and Detective of the Year.

Capt. Stacey Vince presented the awards to the recipients. They are:

Officer of the Year

“Whether in patrol running our bike unit, or working in detectives, we can count on him to give his best effort each and every day,” the department’s citation noted.


Detective of the Year
Det. II Timothy Kirkpatrick

“A big congratulations to Det. II Timothy Kirkpatrick for being named the LAPD North Hollywood division’s 2022 Detective of the Year,” the citation said. “It’s an honor that he truly deserves as this man continually goes above and beyond.”


Civilian Employee of the Year

“We are proud to introduce our Civilian Employee of the Year, Jacqueline Cervantes,” the department’s citation noted. “She runs our Crime Analysis Detail unit, which is often given Herculean tasks of providing vital data with a very short deadline. No matter the task, Jacqueline and her team are up for it. Congrats on the well-deserved honor.”

“Let’s have a big round of applause for our 2022 Specialized Unit Officer of the Year, Officer Claudia Guillen,” the department’s citation noted. “Officer Guillen is known for her outstanding work ethic, dedication to duty, and her pursuit to enhance public safety.”
