GM Seleta Reynolds leaves City, moves to Metro.

Seleta to Metro

Seleta Reynolds (center) was honored Sept. 2 by the LA City Council.

In August, Transportation GM Seleta Reynolds left her role leading the City’s transportation dept. after 8 years to take on digital service and innovation at Metro.

She is Metro’s new Chief Innovation Officer and head of the Dept. of Strategic Innovation. She began her tenure at Metro Aug. 30.

The LA City Council on Sept. 2 recognized Seleta for her eight years heading the City’s transportation dept.

Metro’s statement listed her accomplishments:

“Among her accomplishments are the nation’s largest electric vehicle car-share program and the nation’s largest universal basic mobility plan pilot. Previously, she served at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, leading the Livable Streets Unit.”

The Club wishes Seleta the best in her new position.
