Depts. work hard to clear the City after historic rains.

A Mighty Storm Response

City departments responded after historic rainstorms confronted Los Angeles Feb. 4-6.

The storms turned February into the wettest month in more than 26 years as of Feb. 21, 2023. More rain was predicted before the end of the month.

The storms of Feb. 4-6 destroyed neighborhoods, triggered debris flows and mudslides and killed several people across the state, according to the LA Times.

The Club thanks all City employees who worked hard to keep our roads clear, and the City safe.
