I have made several chicken wing dishes in the past to share with you all, but this is the first one with an Instapot, a countertop pressure cooker that reduces the cooking time of foods by up to two-thirds. In this recipe, I am purposely using frozen chicken wings to help reduce the cooking time and time spent in the kitchen. Nonetheless, I am keeping the flavor on a high level and keeping it easy to make as usual. It is a great dish for those of you with a heavy life schedule.
¡Buen provecho!
RECIPE: Instapot Buffalo Chicken Wings
Step 1: Place the frozen chicken into the Instapot; cook for 15 minutes. Naturally release, to approximately 10 to 15 minutes on the sealing knob.
Step 2: Place the cooked chicken wings in a bowl to re-season with lemon pepper, seasoning salt and avocado oil. Mix until dressed evenly.
Step 3: Take out a baking sheet with a rack. Bake in the oven at 450F for 15 minutes, then 2 to 3 minutes on broil to help increase the crispness.
Step 4: Remove wings and place in a bowl; add buffalo wing sauce.
Serve.
