Instapot Buffalo Chicken Wings

 1520 chicken wings (frozen)
 ¾ cup water
 Lemon pepper (both sides of chicken)
 Lawry’s Seasoning Salt (both sides of chicken)
 ¼ cup avocado oil
 Buffalo wings sauce (of your choice)

Step 1: Place the frozen chicken into the Instapot; cook for 15 minutes. Naturally release, to approximately 10 to 15 minutes on the sealing knob.

Step 2: Place the cooked chicken wings in a bowl to re-season with lemon pepper, seasoning salt and avocado oil. Mix until dressed evenly.

Step 3: Take out a baking sheet with a rack. Bake in the oven at 450F for 15 minutes, then 2 to 3 minutes on broil to help increase the crispness.

Step 4: Remove wings and place in a bowl; add buffalo wing sauce.
