Chief Terrazas joins FS 20 on Christmas Day.

LAFD Chief Ralph Terrazas turned in his white Chief’s helmet for an orange Task Force Commander helmet as he worked the Christmas holiday. He joined the squad at FS 20 in Echo Park. Well done, Chief!
