Goodbye, Carmela
LAFD: A goodbye ceremony was held May 5 for Carmela Espiritu, Chief Accountant, LAFD. Carmela retires with 33 years of City service.
The event was held in City Hall East.
Chief Ralph Terrazas presented certificates to Carmela. Club COO Robert Larios provided a recorded presentation, honoring Carmela for her dedication and service.
