Officer Doug Roach retires after 35 years of City service.
Officer Doug Roach, Central Traffic Division, retired March 4 after 35 years of City service.
For his last day, he was pictured with his partner at Central Traffic, Officer Bill Brown. They have been partners for 29 years.
But Officer Roach reserved his final shift with his son, Officer Brandon Roach, 77th Division.
Well done all around. Congratulations on your retirement, Officer Roach!
