Congratulations to Sgt. Rob Pedregon, Manuals Orders and Compliance, Club Member, for completing the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) training. This training consists of 192 hours of coursework that is completed one week per month over eight months.

The SLI is designed to stimulate personal growth, leadership and ethical decision-making in California law enforcement front-line supervisors. Continued education and development is a big part of the LAXPD culture.
