A going-away reception was held Sept. 22 for Lt. Jason Zabel, who’s retiring after 27 years of City service.
“He is known for his compassion, strong work ethic and humble demeanor,” LAPD Communications (911) Tweeted. “We wish you many happy years in retirement.”
