Monica Zamudio, the Club’s longtime life insurance claims advocate, has returned to full-time Club employment. With 14 years overseeing the Club’s Claims Dept. and one year as consultant, she returns as Sr. Claims Administrator. Arlene Herrero, Club Vice President of Business Development, will continue to lead and manage the Claims Dept. to ensure its alignment with Club goals and service quality.
Monica will work alongside Mikayla Sprague, Claims Administrator, to serve Members with insurance benefits through the Club. Together, Monica and Mikayla serve Members with warmth, sensitivity, confidentiality, thoroughness and advocacy in handling claims at some of the most difficult times of Members’ lives.
