Ed Cuevas, Environmental Engineering Associate, DWP, 5 years of City service, and Marcus Stein, Water Service Supervisor, DWP, 15 years of City service, have decided to double their City service. In addition to their work for the DWP, they have become sworn LAPD Reserve Police Officers. (Both are Club Members, too.)
