Goodbye to Two Who Served Members
Monica Zamudio, the former Club Claims Administrator and Member Advocate, and Noah Hawkins, Mobile Operations Rep, have moved on from their Club careers serving Members.
Over her long tenure, Monica attended to the claims needs of Members who have insurance through the Club. The nature of her critically important work meant she served Members at some of their most difficult times, always ensuring their voices were heard with our insurance partners and helping Members navigate the process.
Over the last several years, Noah’s enthusiasm could most often be seen at the hundreds of Club Mobile red tent visits and, starting last year, Club Truck appearances – he always made sure Members had the gear they needed. He also worked tirelessly behind the scenes, shipping out online Club Store orders and serving Members over the phone.
Monica and Noah, on behalf of the thousands of Club Members you served, and the Club staff you worked with over many years, we thank you and wish you the very best.
