Aging Mastery Program

LACERS’s five-week, twice weekly Aging Mastery Program is scheduled three times this year: at 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in September. This fun, innovative program empowers you to take key steps to improve your well-being. You will learn about healthy eating and hydration, sleep, financial fitness, advance planning, and more.
