Air Cleaners
On Oct. 5, LADWP celebrated California Clean Air Day by hosting a Clean Air Fair at department headquarters with partners Public Works/Sanitation: City Plants, an organization at the hub of a collaboration between the City and seven other nonprofit organizations, community members and businesses that provides free trees to LA citizens; Metrolink and Northeast Trees, a community-based nonprofit in LA.
Some 775 LADWP employees pledged to take action to support clean air and reduce pollution.
