Cynthia Billingslea, Customer Service Rep, retires after 30 years of City service.
On Oct. 2, Cynthia Billingslea, Customer Service Rep, LADWP, and Club Member, retired with a big reception.
She began her City career as a Property Officer with the LAPD in 1991.
Her reception, held in Inglewood, featured catered food, a DJ, comedians and a band. She was surrounded by friends, family and former co-workers. “It was a day filled with love,” she says.
