Club Sports: April 2019

It’s the Enforcers!

First Place winners: the Enforcers
Runner-up: Blue Dragons

When the weeks of rain delays finally cleared, it was starry skies and awesome sportsmanship for the Club Softball’s north league championship game March 6 at El Sereno Park. And the winner: the Enforcers/Guzzlers, which defeated the Blue Dragons 17-6.

The game featured high-level action, lead changes and lots of good, supportive fans.

The Club thanks everyone who participated in the inaugural season of the north league (and the 10th Club Softball League season overall), despite the City’s record rainfall. It was a strong season, and the Club looks forward to more fun softball action in the years to come.

Enjoy, and see you the next time when we call out the familiar cry: Batter up!
