Club sponsors first softball tournament. Big time fun!
The Labor Day holiday saw six City teams compete in a family softball tournament. For the first time, the Club sponsored it.
The LADWP team won the seven-team tournament. Other teams included groups from LADOT and Animal Services. The tournament was held at the Eagle Rock Rec Center.
“Club Sports is back!” said Club Sports Commissioner Noelle Kauffman. “It was awesome to see so many City employees with their families having fun.
“We were thrilled to sponsor the tournament because it’s a great way for the Club to honor City employees for their service and dedication every day.”
The #ClubMobile team, including the Incredible Club Truck, was on hand with City gear, gifts and loads of important insurance information. (More info on the Incredible Club Truck coming soon!)
