Cabrillo Marine Aquarium to host annual Whale Fiesta in January.
Cabrillo Marine Aquarium is scheduled to present the 49th annual Whale Fiesta from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27 at the Aquarium.
Juliette McAllister retires from the City after 16 years of City service.
Juliette McAllister, Administrative Clerk, Rec and Parks at Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, retired June 22 with a celebration at Taxco’s Mexican Restaurant in Ranch Palos Verdes.
Lotus Festival Blooms
The Lotus Festival, one of the signature cultural celebrations in the City, took place July 14-15 at Echo Park. Dates coincide with the blooming of the lotus flower.
