Cynthia’s Retiring and Throwing a Party!

After 30 years of City service, Cynthia Billingslea, Customer Service Rep, LADWP, Club Member, is set to retire Oct. 1. She’s throwing a retirement party and inviting all her friends and coworkers, past and present.

Cynthia began her civil service career with the LAPD in 1991 as a Property Officer.

She looks forward to spending more time with her grandma, 107, and taking her on some trips.

Retirement Party Sunday, Oct. 2 • 1 – 7 p.m. Cynthia has scheduled a retirement party for herself and invited all. The celebration is set for Sunday, Oct. 2. Tickets range from $25 to $75.
