Thanks Ed!

The Retired Los Angeles City Employees, Inc. honored longtime Association President Edward Harding, Club Member, in a private ceremony. Ed, now the association’s President Emeritus, led the organization for more than 24 years.

“Thanks, Ed, for all you have done for RLACEI, and for Retired City Employees,” said new President Ruth Perry.

The Club’s Chief Operating Officer, Robert Larios, also honored Ed with the Club’s Lifetime Achievement Award. “The Club and Ed have been great partners in supporting Retired City Employees,” he said. “You were even on the cover of Alive! in June 2012. We appreciate all that you have done.”
