Board Director Phil Orland resigned from the Board effective March 2021. Phil began his second term serving on the Board in November 2018. He was active with the Board serving as 2nd Vice President and Golf Tournament Chairperson.
Phil began his City career as a Recreation Leader and retired from Recreation and Parks as a Principal Recreation Supervisor in January 2010 after serving 36 years with the City.
The Board wishes Phil much success in his retirement and thanks him for his contributions to the Board and the Los Angeles City retirement community.
