Longtime RLACEI Board Member Neil Ricci has passed away.
Neil died in February, having served on the RLACEI Board for many years. He resigned from the Board in December 2020 due to failing health. Neil expressed how much he enjoyed serving on the Board and was disappointed that he would no longer be able to serve.
Neil was kind and caring and had a special love for his prized Irish Setters. He also collected antique cars and was a great mechanic. His last department before he retired was with Public Works/Street Maintenance as a Information Systems Manager.
The Board sends its condolences to Neil’s family and friends.
