Loucin (Lucy) Artinian retired in March. She worked for the City for 37 years.
She began her City career with Building and Safety’s Personnel Services. She retired as a Personnel Analyst with LACERS, where she was involved with the implementation of the new Pension Administration System (PAS) project.
Lucy has not been retired very long but has easily adjusted to retirement and found she has more time to enjoy her hobbies, which consist of travel (which has been very limited lately) and seeing historical places, gardening, cooking and sewing. She loves spending time with her family and friends.
Lucy has been married to husband, Jack, for almost 35 years. They have one son, Nicholas, and one daughter, Jennifer, who will be graduating as a veterinarian from Midwestern University in Arizona.
She joined RLACEI because she felt that, with the 37 years of experience and knowledge she gained during her career, she is well equipped to assist fellow Retirees with their retirement needs.
