LACERS Board honors outgoing Commissioner Mike Wilkinson.

Thanks, Mike

Mike Wilkinson (third from left) and others at the LACERS Board of Administration farewell to him and fellow outgoing Commissioner Elizabeth Lee, holding crystal award.

In June, the LACERS Board of Administration recognized Commissioner Michael R. Wilkinson for 12 years and Commissioner Elizabeth Lee for seven years of dedicated service.

As reported in last month’s Alive!, Mike lost a runoff election for the Retired Commissioner seat on the LACERS Board to Tom Moutes, Retired General Manager of LACERS.

[Michael’s and Elizabeth’s] “commitment to public service and steadfast leadership has made a lasting impact on the lives of our members and the success of the LACERS plan,” LACERS said in a statement. “In honor of their contributions, the Board presented each with a crystal award as a token of our deep appreciation. Please join us in thanking Commissioners Wilkinson and Lee for their tireless service and in wishing them the very best in their next chapter. Your legacy of service will not be forgotten.”
